Return Policy

The return policy described below applies to online orders only.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return items for a refund.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us at sales@thetemplebarshop.com Please include your order reference number and full name. The item you wish to return must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds may be accepted on all items except perishable goods and exclude shipping charges. The cost of returning items will be borne by the customer. All items will be inspected on return.

If your item is damaged.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can contact us at sales@thetemplebarshop.com. Please include your order reference number and full name. Please also include an image of the item showing the damage. Once verified, we can then arrange to process a refund to your credit card or PayPal account (refunds exclude shipping charges).

Exchange Policy

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us at sales@thetemplebarshop.com. Please include your order reference number and full name. You will be required to pay for shipping charges to and from The Temple Bar Trading Company to facilitate the exchange. The item you wish to exchange must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Exchanges accepted on all items except perishable goods. The cost of returning items will be borne by the customer. All items will be inspected on return.
